Choosing the right Apartment
To help you choose the right apartment, we display our apartment list with both the tariff and location. Once you have made a selection, then contact us to arrange a viewing.

After viewing, should you choose to rent one of our apartments, we will require the following : -
Administration Fee
An administration fee of £95.00 will be charged to cover the costs of processing and setting up your tenancy. The start of the application process will only begin once the administration fee has been paid. This fee covers referencing, credit checking, preparation of the tenancy agreement and checking in and checking out of the apartment. This fee is none returnable.
References

Proof of identity will be required, this will be in the form of your driving licence, passport or utility bill. We will then take references on behalf of the landlord, an employer's reference, a previous landlord's reference (if applicable) or character reference. We will perform a credit check. The landlord will be given the applicant's profile for his/her consideration.

Then, prior to the commencement of the tenancy, the following has to be considered : -
Rent
Rents are calculated on a calendar month basis and paid one month in advance. The first month's rent will be required prior to the commencement of the tenancy and paid in cash, building society cheque or banker's draft, subsequent payments must be made by Standing Order.
Security Deposit
A security deposit will also be required prior to occupation, this will be equal to one and a half month's rent, this will be held by the Government appointed Deposit Scheme. This will be paid in cash, building society cheque or bankers draft.
The Tenancy Agreement
An Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement must be signed before the tenancy can commence.
The Tenant's Responsibilities
As a tenant you will be responsible for :
Maintaining the terms of your Tenancy Agreement.
The purchase of a Television Licence.
Paying Council Tax direct to the Local Authority.
Payment of Utilities.
